My Story

My story is in the Archives. It will help explain my motivation in creating this blog/journal.

Goals: Run, Run, Run!! (I think about it every day. Every day!) - 10K (at least 3 this year) - 1/2 marathon (outside of practice) - St. George Marathon (Ran a 4:24 it in 2004. Want to do it under 4 hours this time) - Boston Marathon (My life long running dream besides the Olympics.)

Weights

I decided that I really need to do some weight training while running. This should help with speed and strength. It will definately help with the motabilism.

Today I saw my daughter playing on my computer while I was lifting.
