1 mile - 9.15 min.
I didn't have much time so I ran a mile as fast as I could. I think I could have run faster, but I didn't want to burn out. There we go again with my holding back. Would it be better to run faster with the possibility of dropping out or keep running at a "safe" speed? I should try it on a day when it doesn't matter and when I have plenty of time.
Today I saw several runners and my neighbor, who is a police officer.
My Story
My story is in the Archives. It will help explain my motivation in creating this blog/journal.
Goals: Run, Run, Run!! (I think about it every day. Every day!) - 10K (at least 3 this year) - 1/2 marathon (outside of practice) - St. George Marathon (Ran a 4:24 it in 2004. Want to do it under 4 hours this time) - Boston Marathon (My life long running dream besides the Olympics.)
