2.5 miles - 33.24 min
TIRED! TIRED! TIRED! I walked some of the way.
I just ran whatever I decided as I got out of bed, not knowing what I would actually feel like or what to expect. Next week I need to have a plan.
Monday - 2 miles
Tuesday - 1 mile
Wednesday - 4 miles
Thursday - 2 miles
Friday - 1 mile
Saturday - 5 miles
I have a 10k comming up in two weeks. If I want to be ready I need to pick up the miles, but not over do it.
Today I saw storm clouds coming, two walkers I passed, and the ground as I tried not to fall over. (smile)
My Story
My story is in the Archives. It will help explain my motivation in creating this blog/journal.
Goals: Run, Run, Run!! (I think about it every day. Every day!) - 10K (at least 3 this year) - 1/2 marathon (outside of practice) - St. George Marathon (Ran a 4:24 it in 2004. Want to do it under 4 hours this time) - Boston Marathon (My life long running dream besides the Olympics.)
