Can you say tired! Those hills yesterday really burned me out. I had to walk today. By the time I got home I felt like I was going to throw up! I was sweating like crazy!
My father always told me to run until you can't run anymore and then run farther. The next time do the same and then you will be really fast and run really long. There have been several days over the last week that I have done that. We'll see if it works out.
Only 10 more pounds to loose! Good by the first 10...look out you last 10!! :)
Today I saw a man doing a sprint workout, a man jogging, a woman jogging, a girl jogging, and those same two girls who never look or smile or say hello. It's getting tiring to see them. I actually ran/walked a different way to avoid them today. I also saw several communiters. They said hello to me and they were in suits! I don't know why that seemed nice to me but it did. (79)
My Story
My story is in the Archives. It will help explain my motivation in creating this blog/journal.
Goals: Run, Run, Run!! (I think about it every day. Every day!) - 10K (at least 3 this year) - 1/2 marathon (outside of practice) - St. George Marathon (Ran a 4:24 it in 2004. Want to do it under 4 hours this time) - Boston Marathon (My life long running dream besides the Olympics.)
