This week I'll start my journal again.
What happened? Well...my husband left and when he left I was in good shape and my weight was 118 lbs. That was in October 2009. At that time I had to go back to work. It was really hard. I don't want to use that as an excuse, it's just what happened.
In May 2011 I was remarried and am very happy! I'm still working. Leaving the house at 7:15 a.m. and getting home at 6:45 every day. At work I don't really have any place to keep food nor to buy food. Makes it really hard. I signed up for Weight Watchers. I'm hoping that will help. So far I think it has because I lost some weight last week. I'm going to be lifting weights as well as running. My new
Goal: Still St. George Marathon, but now it's also to be at my goal weight of 115 as well. Most importantly, to be healthy! And feel good about myself.
I'm living in the country now. Lots of different cool things to see and run around. Here are some sheep I saw the other day. They are so awesome! They came running over and watched me and my dog run by so I took a picture. As we kept running by they followed us so I turned around to take another picture of them all in a big group but they all took off running. It was hillarious!
